Bonus Terms Explained
Bonus jargon trips up players every day. We break down the seven terms that matter most — in plain Pakistani-English, with real PKR examples so you know exactly what you are getting into before you claim anything.
Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 10x rollover on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 worth of bets total before cashing out.
Example: Claim Rs 2,000 bonus with 15x rollover → you need Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is unlocked.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While you have an active bonus, there is typically a cap on how much you can stake per bet — usually between Rs 250 and Rs 500 at joygh5. Placing bets above this limit while using bonus funds can void the bonus entirely.
Example: Your bonus has a Rs 400 max-bet rule. You place a Rs 600 bet on a PSL match — the bonus gets forfeited.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every rupee staked on slots counts in full. Table games like blackjack or baccarat usually contribute only 10–20%.
Example: Rs 1,000 on slots = Rs 1,000 rollover progress. Rs 1,000 on blackjack = only Rs 100–200 progress.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses do not last forever. Most joygh5 offers expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of being credited. If you have not met the wagering requirement by the deadline, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account.
Example: You claim a 14-day bonus on a Monday — it expires at midnight the following Monday-after-next.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A non-sticky (also called "cashable") bonus can be withdrawn once wagering is complete. A sticky bonus cannot be withdrawn itself — only the winnings generated from it are yours to keep. Sticky bonuses often have higher face values to compensate.
Example: Rs 5,000 sticky bonus — complete wagering, win Rs 8,000 → you withdraw Rs 8,000 but not the original Rs 5,000 bonus.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Some bonuses cap how much you can actually withdraw from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of how much you win. Always check this figure — a Rs 1,000 bonus might have a Rs 5,000 maximum cash-out even if you turn it into Rs 20,000.
Example: Rs 500 bonus, max cash-out Rs 3,000. You win Rs 10,000 — you can only withdraw Rs 3,000 of it.
